Bengtskär is the tallest lighthouse in the Nordics. It is part of the municipality of Kimitoön, in southern Finland. The building rises 52 meters above the sea level and the lighthouse itself is 48 meters tall. The building was constructed in 1906 and is still a working lighthouse. It is the southernmost inhabited place in Finland.
